Sara Phillips – Senior Consultant

Sara has over 7 years’ experience in recruitment and has extensive involvement in recruiting professionals from a range of disciplines.  She has a particular expertise in the Education sector, alongside being our specialist temp/contract lead and our expert for all mid-management positions.   An experienced temp controller, Sara is responsible for Finance interim and contract appointments in the public sector. Rachel Dodd – Operations Manager

Rachel has over 20 years in recruitment and has extensive experience of recruiting professionals from a range of disciplines across the Public and Not-for-Profit Sectors.  As our Operations Manager, Rachel has responsibility for our training, quality processes and compliance systems. In addition to being our team marketing lead, Rachel has specific expertise in the H.R. sector. Rachel is responsible for contract and permanent H.R. appointments within the public sector.

Jane Weekes- Talent Manager

With her wealth of recruitment and management experience, coupled with her strong academic background, Jane's role is to strengthen our talent pool and head up the criterion program delivering psychometric, situational judgement and ability tests. Alongside this, she actively supports the career planning and skills development of our candidate base. By working closely with Heather and Sara, she is highly skilled in aligning talented individuals she supports to current opportunities we are appointing to.

Sophie Reeves – Associate

Sophie has over 21 years in recruitment and has extensive experience of recruiting professionals from a range of disciplines.  Her expertise lies in the Charity and Healthcare Sectors in addition to her portfolio of Local Government, NGDB and Housing Association clients.   A well-established Account Manager, Sophie supports on our advertised search and delivery processes.
