Having exclusively recruited for the Public Sector since 2000, Heather has a deep understanding of diversity and a wealth of experience of delivering advertised search processes with a particular strength in leading multi-vacancy campaigns. She is an experienced Account Manager ensuring quality delivery, innovation and retention of several large accounts. Tracey Ellis – Associate Director
Tracey has over 20 years in recruitment and has extensive experience of recruiting to managerial positions across a range of disciplines. She has established a niche of recruiting Qualified Finance Professionals and IT Implementation.
An experienced Account Manager, Tracey has focused on Senior Manager and Qualified appointments on a national basis. Within the Harris Burns team she has taken the lead in our middle management search and selection assignments and supports executive selection processes.
Rachel Dodd – Senior Manager
Rachel has over 19 years in recruitment and has extensive experience of recruiting professionals from a range of disciplines across the Public and Not-for-Profit Sectors. Rachel has a particular expertise in the Education Sector in addition to her portfolio of NHS, Housing Association, Central Government and Charity Sector clients.
An experienced Account Manager, Rachel has focused on permanent Financeand HRappointments throughout her career, leading and developing teams to deliver quality outcomes. Sophie has over 21 years in recruitment and has extensive experience of recruiting professionals from a range of disciplines. She has a particular expertise in the Charity and Healthcare Sectors in addition to her portfolio of Local Government, NGDB and Housing Association clients.
An experienced Account Manager, Sophie has focused on Senior Manager and Qualified appointments on a national basis. Within the Harris Burns team she has taken the lead in our operating systems and business development. Diane Goody – Office Manager
Diane has over 25 years’ experience running the finance and administration processes for growing businesses on behalf of business owners. She is adept at liaising with chosen professional advisors and facilitating the smooth administration of the finances, insurance, IT infrastructure and ancillary services.
Within Harris Burns, Diane undertakes the bookkeeping and co-ordinates the smooth running of the administration services including liaising with the virtual administration team, Accountant and IT consultant.
