(HC38) Interim Head of HR


Are you an experienced Interim Head of HR with a background in the Local Government or the wider public sector looking for your next interim assignment?

We have an excellent opportunity for a 6 month contract to work within a small Council and deliver real results.

As the Interim Head of HR, you will lead the team to deliver an efficient, comprehensive service to the council, encompassing all areas of workforce planning, employee relations and generalist HR duties. with a particular focus on recruitment, retention, job design and job evaluation.  There is a particular focus on workforce planning in particular job evaluation, job design, recruitment and retention.  

Possessing strong team development skills and senior experience ideally within a Council, you are an operational, hands-on manager who is able to manage multiple projects and challenges.
