Executive Search

Westwood Harris Burns are highly experienced and skilled in the processing and, ultimately, the finding of potential candidates for executive and senior leadership positions. For each position we provide a dedicated Account Manager to ensure we are synchronised with the client and to help and guide the client in compiling the outline and key attributes required of a potential post holder.

Westwood Harris Burns will utilise their extensive networks to build a talent map of prospective candidates and use this approach in conjunction with targeted advertising and social media promotion.

The use of a dedicated Account Manager will ensure a consistent screening of applicants. We will design and administer a selection process that enables candidates to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the role. The use of competency based interviews will identify the applicants and explore their aspiration and affinity to the values of the client.

Contract and Interim

Interim assignments or fixed term contracts give flexibility while you restructure, recruit or transform services. Our team will work with you to understand the key elements and access our extensive network and use our tech stack and search capability to swiftly identify and present available candidates.

Restructuring and Assessment Services

Our Directors have significant experience of leading a team of consultants and assessors to support organisations going through change. Placing an emphasis on support and developmental feedback, we design and deliver transparent candidate assessments using a combination of competency based interview, psychometric and ability testing and can provide independent assessors to supports final selection processes.
